What to expect as we gather each week
We have listed a few guidelines and please understand they are for the purpose of your safety and well-being. Please read them through before "saving your seat." You will also find additional FAQ’s. As always, let’s seek unity, humility and deference as we move forward. If, after reading through this you still have questions, please feel free to contact the church office at 704-549-8272.
PREPARE before you leave home
  • “Save your Seat” for the service you plan to attend below.
  • Be certain you are feeling well. Stay home if you have a fever or any symptoms of illness of any kind.
  • WEAR YOUR FACE MASK as you enter, attend the service, and exit the building. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one at the entrances. Children 11 and under are not required to wear masks.
  • Bring the items you'll need for the service, including your Bible, notepaper, pen/pencil, and a bottle of water if needed.

PHYSICAL DISTANCE when you arrive
  • Please remain 6 feet apart from others not in your family.
  • Please do not shake hands or hug one another. We know that's tough! Greet each other with a wave instead!
  • There are touchless hand sanitizer stations in the lobby for your use.
  • Our main lobby and kitchen entrance doors will be open for use. (All other doors will remain closed and locked).

FIRST IMPRESSION TEAMS will greet and seat you
  • We'll hold the door for you, so you need not touch the door handles.
  • Ushers will guide you to the Sanctuary; please be aware of physical distancing and avoid stopping in groups.
  • As you enter the Sanctuary, ushers will guide you to your seats.
  • Families will sit together.
  • Distancing will be kept in all directions, front, back, left, and right.
  • The seats will NOT have pens, welcome cards or offering envelopes.
  • There will be no coffee between services.

DURING the worship service
  • Please leave your masks on at all times.
  • There will be no offering passed during the service. Offering boxes will be located at each exit. Or click here to GIVE ONLINE

AFTER the service
  • Ushers will direct each row when to stand and leave, the middle sections will exit the rear doors of the sanctuary (back to front), the outside sections will exit the front doors of the sanctuary (front to back).
  • If you feel comfortable, there is plenty of shade in the picnic area to have a conversation in the fresh air. And please remember to greet one another with kind words versus handshakes or hugs.

THANK YOU for doing your part to keep our family and community safe before, during, and after our worship services.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
