Jesus calls us to love God and love one another. Loving one another sometimes means caring for each other when “life happens.” At StoneBridge, we care in a variety of ways; through the ministries of our elders and deacons, through our Life Groups, and of course through personal relationships. But sometimes we have specialized needs and in those times, StoneBridge cares.

It hurts to lose someone. GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

Whether you’ve lost a job or lost a loved one, just found out you have cancer, or just got divorced, Stephen Ministers are there to walk alongside you.
Stephen Ministers listen, encourage, and provide spiritual and emotional support. They are there for you when ‘life happens.’
How does it work? Stephen Ministers have received 50 hours of training in the care ministry. They are good listeners who will pray with you, representing the presence of Christ and pointing you to Christ as you walk a difficult path.

Ladies, has your nightly glass of wine, turned into two, three, or more? Are you increasingly using this or any other substance to “numb out” to the stress of life? Are you fearful you can’t stop? You may have a dependency, but God has a way out for you through Life Recovery Bible Study. You are not alone nor do you need to hide. Set out on a journey of discovering freedom, strength, and joy in Christ through this 12-step study using God’s word as our guide.

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or other dementias can be a trying journey. We hear many of your stories and are just amazed at the ministry you provide your loved one on a daily basis! But no one should carry that load alone and you don't have to! God is in your journey too and he gives you others to walk with you.

Healing Journey groups for women offer a safe and highly confidential place to explore and process our personal journeys of brokenness, healing, and growth in Christ. This may include anything from simple codependency and boundary issues, to issues related to families of origin, or recovery from verbal, emotional, physical, or spiritual abuse.
